Personally I do not believe the title of this competition has created the best photographs. Some have mocked up shots and gone to great lengths to produce a boring photo. Why didn't they do what this photographer did? Well done, meets the challenge.

I know some folks will probably vote lower since there's so much color here, but hey, the subject's B&W! The composition is nice.

Your subject is black and white, thus meets the challenge. Overall, there's way too much color, thus I'm thinking the photo misses the spirit of the challenge. IMO
