The dog is black and white. This is good. However, the title "The Stare", makes one focus on the eyes which are in color. In a black and white challenge, this may not be good. IMO Nice perspective though.
I just love all the great animal shot sin this challenge. Good capture here. The color in the eyes work great (and meets the challenge just fine and dandy). I think that the crop might be aa bit too tight on the nose. Would like to see that part all in the shot. Hope this does well for you.
