i don't see any connection with the viewer or the camera. just a common snapshot to me. is clear and focussed though.

A nice portrait, but the face dominates the picture too much IMHO. I think, given the title of the challenge, that the narrow DOF may not be the right way to go.

looks like a scrapbook photo, I mean that in the worst way possible. I defintly needs to look less like it was taken with a dipsoable camera and more like it was proffesinally done.
