One of few photos to capture the real quality of loss suggested in the challenge title. Beautiful, of course: but perhaps a bit too simple for me to give top marks to - excellently done though.

I really like the softness and the misty mood... very nostalgic. Only problem is that the tree is right smack in the center and there is a post in line with the trunk.
