Great job! The color in this one is very nice. I love the subject matter, but I think the girl and the dog are too small to make any real impact in this photo. I'm raising my original score from a 4 to a 5.
I really liked this photo. Although I imagine the bridge was loaded with cars and there was traffic at either end, you captured the peace and beauty of it all. I liked the person and the dog in there.. added a nice touch and gave it more life.
sadly, you don't have the necessary interesting sky to shoot so wide here...under these conditions, using a longer length would have really served you well.
There is too much negative space in this photo for my taste. The negative is really emphasized by the one person in the frame. I realize this may have been your intent but I would have zoomed in a bit.
