I was in the kitchen about to put a leash on an apple and take it for a walk when the smooth edge of the knife caught my eye. Then I thought I need some color because this is DPC and that is what they like to see. Anyway I found a banana and the rest is what you see.

This image has very good lighting. Perhaps going a bit further to add some highlights to the knife because seeing only the banana reflection alone is somewhat strange at first glance. I do see some the handle reflection though, but it's not easy to see it.
Good idea and well executed. THe lighting and background are quite effective in drawing your attention to the subject matter. My only quibble with this image is that the reflection at the bottom portion of the image is a bit of a distraction.
