Great job! Nice use of color. I love the sunlight shining through in the ripples, casting circular light on the stones. Jumping the original score that I gave you up, from a 4 to a 7.
I see no subject... good colour, and you've caught the ripples in the water and the play of light nicely, but with no particular subject, there's nothing to keep me looking.
Rocks are nice and colorful, but there is not central point my eye rests, might haven been interesting to have dropped a couple of rocks at the same time and have the waves make overlapping shadows.
