'Nice and tight'... Are you talking about the rope or the camera shot? I would have gotten a little 'nicer and tighter', or crop off the board on the bottom (it's a little distracting) I'll give it a 6 Nswenson0
Nice capture of texture of th rope and the contrasting textures of wood. Technically a good image. Beyond capturing the texture challenge, I can't say that this pic has great emotional impact.
While it certainly meets the challenge, my eyes kind of wander all over this photo. I might have liked it better if there had been a knot, or something that was a focus, and drew the eye to it.
