Welcome to DPC! One thing you shold always do is make sure you use the full size available to you when submitting a picture. People will generally score quite low for smaller shots.

My eye is overwhelmed.
And struggles to find the stairs.
A closer shot of detail perhaps with the busyness behind it would work for me.
