Nice use of ROT (rule of thirds). Is it really hazy out? the focus seems to be pretty soft and I would like to see the color corrected just a touch for the ocean to have a more blue cast to it

Needs some field of depth. The kid doesn't pop out of the shot.Working on bring the contrast up will make him pop out of the picture.
