I didn't vote on this but I agree with the commenters.
The hand placement is awkward and makes it appear to be more of a snapshot. Great b&w, though, and it looks like he's doing a great job. :)

I didn't vote on this challenge but since you requested comments I'll give you my 2 cents.

It seems like a snapshot, which often isn't voted well in challenges. I'd second the comments made about his hand in his face, it doesn't look right.

It helps to keep your eyes open, Steve! Or at least put the glasses on for protection! Anyway, you do capture the potential frustration of doing tilework.
