roly poly fish lens, eat them up, yum :D

I'm not being critical because this is a great photo and is teriffic use of the fisheye lens, but for those of us who enjoy airline photography (i.e. airliners.net) this kind of technique is quite often used with similar results. But I still like what you've done.

Phrase reminds me of the novel "Brave New World." Nice photo! I'm impressed that you were able to get such great contrast and saturated colors with no editing other that cropping and resize. Congrats!

Post actions
Ha, made me giggle. Very cool shot.

lol, well its a little distorted (as you know), and I can't see the teeth to tell its age/health. But it certainly is a unique perspective. :)

Straight from the horse's mouth: "that's an 10!"
Post actions
I love this! My personal top pick of the challenge, for sheer uniqueness.
Post actions
Thanks for sharing.....love it!
Post actions
Very funny shot! Nice to see that all is not serious an boring here at dpc :)
Post actions
GREAT angle! And you kept the DOF deep enough that the horse's body draws you into the distance instead of becoming part of a flat background.
Post actions
I know this photo deserves higher marks but it's just too strange!
Post actions
This one put a smile on my face - nice!

This is just tooooooo good. I love the fisheye look. Great composition, great tilt, and just a plain great capture. If you don't get a ribbon on the site, then I'll mail you one! ! ! !
Post actions
I gotta say, this is probably the most unflattering use of a wide angle lens to a subject I have ever seen and the subject isn´t even human! Man that horse looks wierd, makes me wonder what the heck was in that coffee I drank this morning, hehe :)
Post actions
Wonderful comic distortion;)
Post actions
8 - Very good. A more refined crop make this even better in my opinion. Undecided on the 'odd' horizon/tilt, but does work as is. Good sharp eye on the horse.
Post actions
Post actions
That's some pretty good perspective you got there with that fisheye photo, but man that sure makes for one skinny and ugly horse. Great color tones by the way!
Post actions
GREAT DRAMATIC EFFECTS THIS PICTURE HAS! I like the up close and personal! This picture has a lot of personality and good humor!
Post actions
OMG!!! Is that a horse or a camel!!! Terrific job.
