Shot on a piece of printed paper I made at an angel using a desk lamp. Simple setup really.
The green is created from temperature/white balance/saturation changes during raw conversion.
The rest is just small cleanup using USM/Neatimage/Clone
The bright spot was created using dodging techniques.
