This is superb...I love the panoramic view in this...what a wonderful place, and the way you captured it is breathtaking...great light...one of my faves
Just saw this image in the "what's your fav photo" thread. This is a beautiful shot. I really like the color of the mountains with the sun lighting them up. The clouds make it a very interesting photo. Very nice. And if this is not your favorite shot, I'd love to see what is.
I find this to be quite a pleasing image with nice tonal controls and a good sense of composition. Is there a slight tilt to the horizon? On a general level, the borders that you've been using to present these landscapes are quite fitting to the type of images.
Well, now I know you are a true professional photographer! I just read your bio where you said you are never happy with anything you do. Every great photographer I know (and my favorites just happen to be Rocky Mountain photographers) do the same thing.
Your work is out of this world!
Oh and Welcome to dpChallenge! I'm adding you to my favorites so I can keep up with new stuff you add to your portfolio :) It will give me my Rocky Mountain fix between visits :)
There's so much to take in here. From the gorgeous pink on the mountains to the reflection in the water. When I look at something this big, and so beautiful, it makes me feel very very small. Nice job!
