Right, Rob. I ran up there at about sunset, but suddenly all of my kids wanted to come too, so I got there a little late, so it was just after sunset. I hardly altered this shot at all; I did rotate it about 1 degree CW (apparently not enough!), and still had about 30 seconds to get it up before the challenge deadline!
This, by the way, is Utah State University--we're the Aggies, too, in addition to Texas A&M.
As I said below, I'm the one who gave this a 10. The deep blue cast gives a sense of nobility to the whole scene. Focus and composition are dead on. I like the way the tree branches sort of frame the building in the top corners.
This is very clear and crisp for a night shot - I'm impressed, especially that the trees are so visible in silhouette against such a dark sky. The building seems to lean a bit, though, compared to the left-hand side of the photo.

Really nice campus tower at night, not seen this before. Moon adds a perfect additional accent of light.
