 This is a REALLY old shot, that I cannot find the original for (I'll have to keep looking). One of our friend's daughter (Casey) who just couldn't get enough of her only birthday wish - this wedding dress. Once I find the original, I'll do a better job on the post... just threw this together as an idea.

thanks Jen... i'll see what i can do about toning that down a little. As for the effect, i didn't use ANYTHING (NI or NN). That's just her. ;o)

Not sure if you use Neat Image or Noise Ninja on this, but the photo seems to have a little to much of the effect, particularly on the girls face. Also, her right eye is too dark. I cannot see it at all on my calibrate monitor.

The composition is ok...I, too, am unsure of the coloring. Maybe try desaturating the rose just a tad? It might help it blend better with the muted tones of the photo.
