My top pick for #1, although I will say that I agree that it's overprocessed just a bit... I think the specks in the BG and on the hand are just a little too strong. Gentle use of blur tool maybe?

Great picture though I think the grungy look is a little overdone. I like the idea of the heavy vignette around the edge with the light focusing on the hands and the dirtiness of the hands is interesting too. The pose of the adult hand looks dreadfully uncomfortable and unnatural.

This is very good. To me its a bit to much processing for my taste. Looks almost painting like. I think rounding the corners with darkness makes it feel not so real but its very good. I am sure it will probably ribbon! Good luck!

Like the idea and setup. Grunge has a neat effect but other than making their hands look dirty what does it add? Great idea.
