I don't see what's the "oops" in this picture. The photo's an ok sunset, but not overly appealing. The horizon's a little too centered - needs to be either higher or lower - though neither the water nor the sky are overly interesting, so it's hard to say which way it should go.
It's fair to say that, lovely though this pic is, there is no way by any stretch of my imagination that it's an Oops! What were you thinking? :D Good composition and looks like a lovely scene.
nice sun shot. feels off balance though. perhaps include more of the land mass. as for meeting the challenge, i'm not getting it. *swoosh over my head*
