you definitely captured the gooeyness. the shadows really add. I'm glad you didn't like this uniformly all over. A little bit too boosted in the orange direction though ...

u know what? i hate peanut butter. but, if i liked peanut butter, this photo would make me hungry :) the lighting in this image works well for me... maybe a little added sharpness would be nice as well.. good shot :) = 7 - jmsetzler

LOVE IT!!!! gave it a 9! Perhaps just a tad too sharp/contrast - I love the idea, creative! - the light and shadow are great - as well as the cropping-very effective. Great work.

the lighting, I think, works well on this. I just think there needs to be some more color somehow. Maybe a big glob of strawberry jelly? karmat

Great example of a creamy texture. However....this is another "wallpaper" shot. I might have spread it on bread with some jam and then shot it. This would have lended more interest to the image.
