Well... I was tickled with this shot. It is not the typical soft touch I go for, but I really liked the texture and action of this flower. The side view next to the head on one felt right. The flower in the upper left was cropped a bit so as not to compete with the subject. Thanks for comments and thoughts.

Wow. Not your typical flower shot. Not sure what it is about it. Color is super. Putting the fine pattern of the center of the flower in the 3rd probably is a part of what makes it a successful composition. I like having the side view in the composition too. Just MHO. Thanks for some

Coming back for comment... I gave 4 10's in this challenge and this was one of them. Awesome colors and sharpness. I love how they fill the frame so well. Great job!
