my eyes are drawn to the red and green lights and can't decide which to rest on. I think this would be much stronger if the red light and rocks were cropped out, bringing our eyes only to the stationary green light and rocks.

Definitely has the "Wow" factor!!! The stillness of this photo is absolutely stunning! Those dawn colors are spectacular! I wish I could give it a 20 :) but 10 will have to do :)

This image just "POPS" as a thumbnail, and I like this very peaceful and still morning at the water edge. I really think this deserves to do well, in this challenge..... Top votes from me.....
