Nice long exposure. I can't tell if it is a sunrise or sunset, but it is very nice. I like the sun on the tops of the mountains in the background and the lake picks ups some nice color as well. Nice job.

perhaps a tad bit too much foreground...and I only say that because so much of that rock in the lower-right is flat and featureless...I wonder if moving to your left and utilizing those flowers more would have helped...hmm...at any rate, it's still a lovely scene with wonderful tones :D
