Appears to be a long exposure. (time wise) I like the tones you achieved here. Comp and subject are interesting too.

One feels that the aperture could have been closed down more, in order to shrink that pool of white light above the company sign, together with the other naked bulbs which are in view.
Setting the tripod up 10 steps to the left might also have solved the perspective tilt problem.
The square crop is nice.
The colours are rich, and with just a bit more contrast, this photo would make you want to look at it even more.
