 I saw a photo similar to this done by one of my favorite photographers, so I wanted to try it.

Steps:
Cropped.
Unsharp Mask.
Painstakingly selected the flower only, then bumped the color up a tad with Saturation/Hue. Then I inverted the selection and took the color down on the rest of the photo. While still selected, I applied a little sepia to warm it up.
Dodge and Burn.
Cloned out a blemish on the skin.
Added frame.
Save for Web.

Mmmm, not sure who HB is but nice picture, I like the desat colors of her face in contrast with the bright orange.
