 A long exposure, lighting is a flashlight from underneath the flower. Zoomed in and out while the shutter was open to get the radical blur (zoom blur).

PP: Saturated the red and green, cloned out little overexposed areas and some standard dodge/burn.

Interesting composition with dynamic lighting. The stamens on the left that seem to have no flower attached are a bit distracting though.

Zooming? Beautiful blur, good light. I wonder if the centred composition is the best choice for the image.
