My first reaction to this is: Hmmm the depth of field is a little too shallow for my taste. But as I look at this, I see the hand of the butterfly in a gesture that almost suggests that it is holding hands with the human. The shallow DOF brings the wiewer to the hand of the butterfly and almost shows the bonding between man and insect. It reall is a cool shot. I still want to see more detail in the wings, but I don't know if it will take the focus from it's hand.
I've given this way too much thought at this point. :)
