well, i think it's absolutely beautiful! there aren't many things i like more than flowers photographed in this way. it has such a sad and fragile mood even more enhanced by the drops of rain. this should have finished much, much higher!
thank you for the tribute, Robert. i am truly honored with such a lovely photo.

...truly one of my favorite images of the challenge...
...there is such a quiet sense of despair, to heavy to hold itself up.

this has a very nice, sort of vintage feeling to it. maybe even a little sad how it's hanging there like that. always interesting to have a flower shot evoke emotions ;) |
