I really like thjis effect, with the internal framing.....
Excellent post processing, and so pleased that you shared it with us.....
I think it is very origional and just perfect, as it is.....
This is a cool image. Good color, detail and unique framing. For some reason the thin inner frames and the fairly thin outer frame feels a little awkward, IMO. Maybe make the outer frame thicker so it can be the dominate frame. Other than that I like it.
Interesting choice on the frames, though I think that the frame on the left on its own would have been a better shot to stand alone than the sort of composite look. I like the vertical element of the fence post, the clarity of the fence against the water motion. It feels unbalanced on the right side since the small frame isn't anchored to the same spot along the bottom as the left frame.
The sub-framing is an interesting technique. The juxtaposition of the sub-frames is pleasing to the eye, but I don't see anything within the sub-frames that "justifies" them.
I think it's a great idea, but this is not the right shot for it.
Can't quite appreciate you frames here. While denoting 3 crops that would make nice pictures by themselves, I feel that together, they're a bit distracting. Maybe if you darkened therest og the picture a bit more, your selections would come out more. Good idea nevertheless.
I don't think the squares work, plus it is probably going to get a DQ. ISee that it has been validated. Good job on the effect. Let us know how you did it. Bumping up 2 points, but I still don't think the rectangles work here. They need some sort of context.
I wouldn't normally be a fan of this technique as it would seem cheesy, however, you've done an excellent job of keeping the effect subtle and turning an otherwise 'normal' image into a statement on perspective and what it is to be a phographer! Great job!
lovely work and I really like the tones...I would suggest you get this validated as some people might mark you low thinking it might not be within the rules...just a suggestion
Very cool use of frames here. I love the triptych effect very much. I hoe it does well for you. It's lovely and you took a rather ordinary scene and made it quite outstanding. Great colors with the blue/gray, yellows and greens. Congrats on a job well done.
