Went down to London for the @media2006 conference, met up with a few friends I haven't seen for a year or so then heading out for a midnight stroll. Wasn't expecting much as I'd had far too much to drink! I like this image though, like the brown sky, wasn't sure whether to adjust the white balance to get it more realistic but decided not to.
Converted from RAW, cropped, curves, USM, resize then final USM.

Hey, well done on your 1st ribbon!
(Been offline for ages, with the house move, so just back online this evening and noticed your lello)
Congrats Keith :)
-I think you will be getting the yellow as unfortunately the other chap edited a dust spot..... don't suppose you did this as well :-) :-) ? Great photo, congrats on your top ten finish. I stuck by the rules, that would have been nice for you to move on up if I had. :-)
They don't come much better than this...This is a flawless execution of time exposure. Great lighting, fantastic detail, composure, DOF ... all aspects were executed to perfection. A winner by any standards.
Back to bump. Nice clean shot with interesting shapes and cool lights. Good colors. 9

OK 9? What was I thinkin'?...clearly a 10. Bumped again.
it's a shame hungerford bridge (or whatever it's called now) was in the way, as it doesn't really compliment the overall shot, and the stuff under the bridge is kind of messy and distracting... i think location is an important factor here. or alternatively, given that the eye and the sky are the most wonderful bits, cropping in such a way that only the top half of the wheel is in the shot making it more of an abstract piece - could even rotate it 90° to make it look a bit more abstracty. just a bit too cluttered for my liking, sorry. 6.
