Camera Work/Technical: These are always very difficult for me to critique, especially from a technical standpoint. The blur is a bit distracting to me, and it is difficult to find an area of crisp focus.
Lighting: Very nice lighting. This is the main strength of this image. You captured great coloring in every part of this image.
Composition/Content: I think that the tall parts of the skyline are a bit too centered for this type of capture.
My Opinion: While this is a very nice zoom blur, it really isn't what I think of when I hear motion blur. Still, I think that it met the challenge, and the voters liked it enough to place it in the top 25.
Gosh! I expected this to be on the front page -- winner's circle!!! Not a bad score at all. . .but not nearly what it deserves. This photo is GORGEOUS!!! It's one of my favorites of all time!

It would have been more interesting in the blur were offset, more directional.
my appologies for previous comments - I misunderstood how this was achieved.
lovely shot! the zoom blur effect is very, er, effective here; and not done excessively so either. the mix of bright colours is very pleasing, though one wonders how it would look with the contrast and brightness cranked up a little bit to make it feel a bit more neon like... still, excellently dramatic cityscape. 9.
Spectacular Zoom! awesome light, Great color. I like it. too bad there's that one stray white reflection.(lower center) Since this is advanced editing I might have tried to clone that out. Good job!
This is stunning! My favorite in this challenge. I would love to see this with a blue ribbon. In the meantime, it's going straight to my favorites folder :) 10
