I altered a simple clock by giving it a black face and a white second hand. The background is a piece of scrapbook paper. I tried a lot of backgrounds, but the water stands out and makes you scratch your head for a second.
The only editing was a bit of levels in Photoshop.

Hmm, I liked this one more than most voters I suppose, and I gave it an 8. I like the sweep of the second hand and the interesting background. It was a creative change from the water shots which dominated this challenge. I see this was your first challenge... good luck with future challenges! :)
