I would have suggested a wider angle lens used and getting closer to eliminate the sand part of the photo and put more of an emphasis on the stone(s).

Oh this is STUNNING! I love the way the long shutter speed causes the sky, water and sand to smoothe out and have that dreamy ethereal look! AWESOME PHOTO! 10
