I saw that you said nobody wsa giving you comment on how to improve you shot in the framed scorez thread so I thought I would give you some suggestions. First off let me say that I gave you a 7. I thought it was a good find.
First I think that you should first try and have your image as large as possible ie 640 pixel then second make the file size as large as possible with the 640 size. Especially in your photo with so much foreground in you photo before your "frame" it loses a little impact. On DPC size matters when it comes to photos and I constantly notice that often people who have good shots but are a little small get docked a point here and there and scores seem to be reflecting the presentation of the photo and not the photo itself.
As for composition my suggestion would probably be to have less foreground and have the pillars be at the edge of the frame so stand closer, the edges of the building are alittle bit distracting, and shows the effect of lens distortion, which makes having your verticals hard to get perfectly straight.
