Cool location. Framing could be a little more prominent, for the sake of the theme. Otherwise I'd say cut the framing completely.

Neat, atmospheric image with nice colours and soft details, perfect for the mood. Tone and contrasts are really good. I think you may want to have cropped the image so that the blue line at the left was removed. I also think some people might have a hard time finding what's "framed". Nonetheless, a great picture.
