Juxtaposition works here. And it makes the soft focus make sense. You gained a point for not pulling the weed out of the picture.

This is a wonderful shot. Love how the plant contrasts the screw, but doesnt command the focus of the viewer.

I like the contrasts in this photo... between the live thing and the metal thing and the fact that metal is so harsh, put the pic is kind of dreamy light hazy. Interesting... -8-
