This image breaks the rule that photos should have a center of interest in a very effective way. It invites the viewer to explore the different tools and the pulley system that connects them (both literally and as lines in the image). I wish it was a little sharper. It is unfortunate that the machinist is so washed out.

This has an eery feel to it. The machinist is almost like a spirit! Very ethereal. Lovely colors too!

Great choice of llocation. This picture would be great if you had set the light on the person or any other bright spot in the scene. This would make it a much darker and atmopheric picture but would show off all this great light bouncing off these machines.

the overexposure of the figure is interetsing, but should be toned down a little on the machine in the right. Over all: great shot.
