Who is observing who?? :) This is a great shot in every category! If I could change anything it would be to have that manatee (or whatever it is) come up to the window and stare at the boy.

The addition of the border, and I think the sandy looking bottom, helps add a bit of distinguishment to a snapshot, and I really feel like this works. I love the bubbles from the manatee, and the fish seems to have this sort of O.O look on his face. Kinda wish the pole hadn't been there on the right. But it would be weird to crop it off, and leave a reflection on the manatee without anything in the shot that's creating it.
