The sidelighting makes for some great highlights and shadows in the ivy. Very whimsical photo. Well done!

I like this image because the windows draw o face in the green vegetation covering the house. There is also a conceptual contrast between the house and the modern building in the background, between the green and the artificial gray color, old-new, green/nature-antropization. Very subtle. The only problem is the lightning. 9 from me (I really like the face)
