I'm not sure that this is an improvement or not, but a lot of people thought that the original was over exposed and they didn't like the sky. So... here it is with a blue sky and with the help of a polarizing filter.

Nicely improved sky... I'd probably still push that blue a bit and I might have considered doing something with the fronds in the Palm tree... Maybe adding a bit of color... (layer, selective color, eraser)
