composition, colors and general idea are all very nice, but i do see lots of jpeg artifacts around the boys... 4.

focus seems off, and is the second person really white and red?

A little soft on the focus and too much shadow on the kids, I think. I might have tried cropping out most of the red reflection on the left upper side.

excellent subject choice for a nice summertime photo... My personal taste would be to have the boys a little more off center in the composition... good work :)
