For my "Empty Room" image, I went to the "Aussie World" tourist attraction, near where we live.
Behind the famous "Ettamongah Pub", at Aussie World, I found my perfect empty room. It was huge, and completely empty.
The old tin corrigated patched walls, along with the polished wooden floor, were so early Australian. It was like I was walking into the past. Totally unique, and such a wonderful national treasure.
I found a old wine barrel, and had it taken into the room. I placed it next to the tall timber pole, towards the front, and started taking photos.
This is the result, of my perfect day, in an empty room.

Marvelous colours, but the rooms seems to be tilting towards the right. I love, absolutely love the right part of the photograph; the table/bardisk, the colours of the wall, the ceiling and whatever it is hanging from the ceiling, the stage and the steps. I think I would have cropped it somewhere in the middle, or maybe a little to the left from the midde.
But it is a shot with stunning colours, a beautiful room.
what's the difference between 'take one thing into an empty room' and 'find a basically empty room with one thing in it'? sorry to be anal, but really... nice shot, even if a bit over-processed.
