This is a really cool photograph, very evocative, good mood. I think the constrast of the bright lights against the dimmer trees has done it a disservice, though - areas are washed-out where others are just barely light enough. Maybe a different angle or location, so the brilliance of the restaurant (?) on the left would be more contained? Just guessing. It's a lovely scene - makes me want to step into it.
