My daughter had microwaved veggies in a yellow bowl and the plastic wrap suctioned around the veggies afterwards. This is the condensation between the plastic wrap and the bowl, sitting on the kitchen counter, lit by the regular kitchen light.

Condensation trapped behind plastic wrap...how much more abstract can you get? Either you have a great eye or great luck, but your abstracts are captivating. I love it! A fav :)
I gave you a nine with this image as I really loved it.....I am now adding it to my favorites and you as a favorite photographer, not only for your nice comments, but also for all your lovely images in your portfolio..... Keep in touch.....
The highlights certainly give a sense of shininess, but are perhaps too disparate to make for a clean enough image to suit the simplicity of the composition, making for a visual paradox which detracts from the impact of this image. This kind of abstraction was never up my street, so I may not be your best judge, but I think it at least needs a stronger sense of texture, otherwise it may as well be simple design.
That's great. The colour gradient does indeed give it an interest and a glow. I have no idea what it is and I have sent ages trying to work it out so it has engaged me and made me spend time with it. That means it works. I'm figuring on it being a a glasswork of some sort.
