Very Simple idea...
Placed the antique piece (the glass peacock which is used to store perfumes... a traditional indian artifact... ofcourse its empty as you see) in front of my laptop screen.
Hope you guys like it

Hello from the Critique club, my name is Jon Rowe, and i will be looking at your image this evening :)
Composition/Lighting : I believe you chose the perfect composition for this, this is the perfect way to show off such beautiful glass. it is centrally framed, which strongly brings the eye to the subject, especially w/ the background you chose. well done. now, the sharpness. with something that has nothing to focus on but one piece of "eyecandy" if you will, it should definitely be as sharp as possible. having a more powerful backlit setup or even underneath lighting would have given you more lighting i believe.
Challenge : This was a tough challenge, with some great competition. overall i believe you did well. w/ just a few tweaks in your lighting, it would make this a better picture. w/ as beautiful as a figure as you have here, i would definitely reshoot and try as many different lighting angles as you can until you find that one golden one, maybe mess around w/ some different color backgrounds. find the one that sings to you.
Conclusion : This is really a great image. Great job. you should be proud of this, and the potential it has. there were some really great comments left for you by other members, so take these all in consideration, and along w/ your already great photography skills you will continue to get better.
I think you should pull back on the composition a little bit and maybe get the entire object in frame. The bottom isn't so bad, but the top of the peacock on the edge of the frame creates a lot of visual tension for me.
