-Noise-reduction with PictureCooler
-Cropped to square
-Cloned-out a couple of distracting spots

-SaveAs JPEG at quality 9/10 = 122kb

this could have been an awesome shot if you had somebody's reflection in the rear bumper of the car (instead of just rows of houses)
the exhaust pipes dont add to this shot, neither does anything below the bumper really
could be sharper focus

I get the reference to the challenge, but the image itself is a little static. With a quick glance, I've seen everything the picture has to offer. 5
