After a successful day of shooting around Portland, I decided to go for an interior shot. This is the lobby of the Performing Arts Center. It's designed to make it look like you are walking on stage when you enter the building.
I wished I had a 10-22mm for this one as there were many cool shots inside this place. Unfortunately the 24mm wasn't quite cutting it. Even here I struggled to get the whole dome in. I would have liked it wider to give me a more square crop.
Processing involves a bunch of adjustment layers and some very minor cloning (the corner of my finger holding the grad ND filter to the lens). I did process twice in RAW as that tends to help these dynamic range shots the most.
I doubt this will ribbon, but with some luck, maybe Top 10. I more predict a 6.3-6.4 finish which would end up somewhere around 20th.
