 Items set on glass table with black cloth cover - with cloth area below Scotch glass cut out and glass lit from below. Also lighting from left of camera off a reflector to minimize glare.

Post Edit: Crop, Unsharp Mask, Lighten Shadows, Spot Editing of some glare/reflection.
