Might have tried a tighter crop to make the egret more dominant in the photo. Perhaps take the lower third off to eliminate the white reflection on the water.
And this bird you cannot change. oh wait, that's Lynyrd Skynyrd. :) Nice capture! The only nitpick is the calm part of the water or where it looks like theres a bunch of ducks on the surface runs smack into the bird's neck.
