more appropriate title "The Sky" cuz I don't see Lucy or diamonds. kidding aside, the sky is quite average.It lacks any dramatic effect. the foreground is dark and shadowy. Perhaps if this shot were taken in a different direction or time the foreground would be better lit giving more detail. It would also change the light spectrum somewhat perhaps giving a better tonal quality in the sky
your trees are too dark
the sky isn't as impressive as the real-estate you've given it in this shot
to be honest, there isn't anything compositionally in this picture that really draws the viewer
perhaps trying to use the foreground grass on more of an angle, or doing something different to give this picture more perspective would help. as it stands, this picture is kind of boring.
