This is a wonderful, wonderful shot. I loved it and therefore was sure I had doomed it to 40-something-th place. Congrats on the ribbon!

I really enjoy how the shadow seems 'more real' than she does because of the angle. A well deserved ribbon

Very nice point of veiw. I like the shadow - it ads additional interest to the image. Well cropped as well.

Love these top down shots, fantastic strong shadow. Just a shame the line between the tiles in the bottom left hand corner is stronger than the others.

I would have liked this more if the action was INTO the frame rather than out of the frame. Still, I like the angle you've shot this at. You had a very good idea and executed it well.

Really fine work! Perfect composition and the neg space is subtle enough to remain neg space, while interesting in its own right. 10

Super vantage point. Dunno how you did it, but it's great. I really like the diagonal lines. Makes for a very dynamic shot. Good luck. Jacko. 10

I am guessing that is the only position from which to take the shot and my question: "Why not walking into the scene?" is mute. I still like it. Goes against convention. Good luck.

Would have been just as good with a closer, vertical crop. The way it's cropped, it says to me "only done this way to fit the challenge." Which sucks. I love the picture, it's an 8.

Very nicely positioned. I like the way the subject is going parrallel to the lines. Very simple but exquisite picture. One of my favorites in this challenge.

Excellent entry, very good example of negative space making the "wow" of the picture! The tones are wonderful. One of my favourites. ~10

This is magnifique
- wow, what an eye... - I love that shadow! - the tiles give it a strenght, there is one line there though wich is darker than the others... that bothers my a bit, but you can fix it in PS later on :)
congrats on excelent shot!

Very appealing - the skin tones against the stone colour, the upright shadow, motion captured, must be a winner - 10

not only great negative space, but also great use of a shadow, and great use of lines (in the ground). They really create a tilted feeling. 9
